Bonjour !

Originally from Paris (France), I moved to Canada few years ago after completing my second Master’s degree in E-Business and Digital Marketing. What was meant to be a one-year international experience became a long-term journey, that led to Canadian citizenship. It is something I am very proud of. 

My career started in retail, where I managed store teams, operations, and customer experience before moving into digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and customer experience. This path has given me a practical perspective on both sides of the business: the realities of retail operations and the digital tools, data, and strategies that can improve the customer experience across channels. 

 

I enjoy working where business, technology, and creativity come together. I am curious, organized, and hands-on, and I like finding practical solutions to complex challenges. Whether I am leading a launch, improving a digital journey, reviewing performance data, or bringing teams together around a common goal, I value clear communication, collaboration, and thoughtful execution. 

 

Outside of work, sport has always played an important role in my life. I enjoy soccer, padel, volleyball, and track and field. I have competed at a high level in both soccer and athletics, and those experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, resilience, and consistency. These are values I bring into my work every day.

 

I also care about creating inclusive and engaging workplace cultures. Through my involvement in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and community-building activities, I try to help create environments where people feel supported, heard, and able to do their best work.

 

At my core, I am driven by curiosity, performance, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to build experiences that make a positive difference.
